ATLANTIC LEAGUE PLAYOFF DATES FOR 2007

ATLANTIC LEAGUE PLAYOFF DATES FOR 2007

The Atlantic League of Professional Baseball Clubs has announced the following Schedule for its 2007 Playoffs.

Division Series
Divisional Series (north and south divisions, best of three) will begin on Tuesday, September 18, 2007.

North
Newark Bears (1st half Champions) will host the 2nd half Champions in game 1 at Newark and then the second half champions will host Newark in game 2(and game 3 if necessary).

South
The Second half Champions will host 1st half Champions Camden Riversharks in game 1 and then travel to Camden for game 2 (and 3, if necessary).

Championship Series
The Championship Series is set to begin in the home of the Southern Division Champions on Friday, September 21, 2007 and Saturday, September 22, 2007(games 1 and 2) and continue in the home of the Northern Division Champion on Sunday, September 23, 2007. If necessary (Games 4 and 5), will be played on Monday, September 24 and Tuesday, September 25, 2007 in the home of the Northern Division Champions.
